- Device Information: We collect basic device data (e.g., model, OS version) to optimize app performance and troubleshoot crashes.
- Usage Data: We track actions like pin drops, cleanups completed, and leaderboard activity to calculate rewards and improve user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To display reported litter spots on the CleanSweep SG map.
- To track and verify community cleanup activities.
- To calculate leaderboard scores and issue vouchers/rewards from our sponsors.
- To send you important notifications (e.g., cleanup confirmations, reward redemption).
- To improve our app's functionality and fix bugs.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in these limited cases:
- Service Providers: We use third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, map providers like Google Maps, analytics) to operate the app. They process data only on our behalf.
- Sponsors: If you win a voucher, we may share your email or name with the sponsor solely for the purpose of delivering your reward. We will only do this with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our active databases within 30 days. Anonymized cleanup data (location and photos) may be retained for community statistics.
